"I became a Christian 3 and 1/2 years ago at a Billy Graham crusade that was held here in Charlotte.  At the time, I was worried about being a Christian and a martial artist at the same time -- I thought that it wasn't possible.  How can I 'turn the other cheek' and yet strike back at the same time?  I prayed and meditated for several agonizing months over the issue. I was perfectly willing to give up my black belt if it was something that didn't please God.

Then, one day I got His answer: I must witness and minister to all other martial artists.  So, that is my goal today.  'To know Christ and to make Him known', as they say."
